We only collect the data required to commission your hardware and fulfill your delivery. This includes:

Identity Data: Name and contact information for shipping.

Technical Commissioning Data: Unique digital signatures required to program your private network encryption.

Transaction Data: Payment confirmation (we do not store full credit card numbers on our local servers).

Unlike standard hardware providers, AURAPRO does not maintain "backdoor" access to your devices.

Encryption Keys: Your private network encryption is implemented during the 10-day commissioning phase. Once the device is in your hands, the cryptographic keys belong solely to you.

No Interception: We utilize a secure chain of custody in our logistics to ensure your data and hardware remain uncompromised from our facility to your door.

3. secure global logistics (ddp)

To provide our White-Glove DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service, we share necessary shipping details with our trusted logistics partners and customs authorities. This is strictly limited to the information required to pre-clear your shipment and cover import duties on your behalf, ensuring your package does not sit in public customs warehouses.

4. data retention & deletion

We do not harvest or sell your data. We retain your order information only as long as necessary to provide lifetime support for your "Secured for Life" guarantee. If you wish to have your commissioning records purged following the successful deployment of your hardware, you may request a Permanent Data Wipe via our secure support channel.

AURAPRO maintains a strict zero-sale policy. We will never sell, trade, or rent your personal or network information to third-party marketers, data brokers, or analytical firms. Your privacy is the product we protect, not the product we sell.
